🎥 Class Resources
All class resources are exclusively available to enrolled students until 31 December 2027.
Access to all resources will be terminated immediately upon course withdrawal.
All course slots, payments, and packages are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.
⼀经报名确认，所有课程名额、缴费与配套皆不可退款。
The registration process will be completed within 24 – 48 hours, provided that parents and students respond promptly and cooperate accordingly.
如家⻓与学⽣能积极配合，报名程序将在24-48⼩时内完成
– Each lesson is one (1) hour and thirty (30) minutes in duration.
– Once the lesson schedule has been confirmed by both parties, the allocated lesson time shall be regarded as a fixed and reserved time slot.
– 每堂课为1⼩时30分钟。
– 上课时间双⽅确认后即视为固定时段。
– Tuition fees must be paid in full before the first lesson of each month.
– The Company reserves the right to suspend lessons if payment is not received by the due date. Lessons will only resume upon full settlement of all outstanding fees.
– 学费需于每⽉第⼀堂课前缴清。
– 逾期未付款，本公司有权暂停课程，直⾄完成付款。
Student Leave
– Students who are unable to attend a lesson must notify the Company at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Subject to the mutual availability of both the tutor and the student, one (1) make-up lesson may be arranged. Each student is entitled to a maximum of two (2) make-up lessons per calendar month.
– For leave requests made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled lesson, or in the event of a no-show without prior notice, the lesson shall be deemed conducted, the tuition fee shall remain payable, and no make-up lesson will be provided.
Tutor Leave
– Should the tutor be unable to conduct a scheduled lesson, the student and/or parent will be informed in advance. A replacement lesson or an alternative lesson date will be arranged at a mutually agreed time. The Company will ensure that the student receives four (4) lessons per month, and no lesson entitlement will be forfeited due to the tutor’s absence.
学⽣请假
– 提前⾄少 24 ⼩时通知，可安排⼀次补课（视双⽅⽅便的时间⽽定）⼀个⽉可以请假并补课 最多2次。
– 少于24⼩时通知、⽆故缺席(No Show)，该堂课将照常收费，不另安排补课。
⽼师请假
– 会提前通知学⽣/家⻓，并安排补课或顺延，不影响学⽣课时，确保学⽣⼀个⽉都会上课四次。
– If the student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended.
– If the tutor arrives late, the missed lesson time will be made up accordingly.
– 学⽣迟到，课程仍按原定时间结束，不顺延。
– 若⽼师迟到，则会补回相应时间。
– Make-up lessons shall be arranged at a mutually convenient time, subject to the availability of both the tutor and the student.
– Each missed lesson is eligible for one (1) make-up lesson only. Once a make-up lesson has been scheduled, any request to reschedule or failure to attend the make-up lesson shall result in the forfeiture of that lesson, and no further replacement lesson will be provided.
– 补课时间视双⽅时间⽅便⽽安排。
– 每堂课仅可补课⼀次。
– A minimum of one (1) month’s written notice is required to terminate the lessons.
– Tuition fees paid for completed lessons are strictly non-refundable.
– 若需停⽌课程，请提前1个⽉通知。
– 已完成课程恕不退款。
– Students are responsible for their own devices and internet connection.
– No replacement lessons will be provided due to technical or internet issues on the student’s side.
– 学⽣需⾃⾏准备电脑/平板及稳定⽹络。
– 因学⽣设备或⽹络问题导致⽆法上课，不视为⽼师缺课，不另补课。
– Parents are responsible for ensuring the student’s punctual attendance and a suitable learning environment.
– Parents are encouraged to communicate with the tutor regularly regarding the student’s learning progress
– 家⻓应确保学⽣准时上线/到课。
– 请提供安静的学习环境。
– 可定期与⽼师沟通学习情况。
– All teaching materials and lesson content are for the enrolled student’s personal use only and must not be copied, recorded, shared, or distributed.
– Any infringement may result in immediate termination of the lessons without refund, and legal action may be taken.
– 所有教材、笔记、录⾳及课堂内容仅供报名学⽣个⼈学习。
– 不得翻印、转发、录制、出售或分享予第三⽅。
– 如发现违规，本中⼼有权⽴即终⽌课程，并采取法律⾏动且不退款。
The Company reserves the right to terminate the lessons immediately without refund in the event of abusive or inappropriate behaviour, harassment, unreasonable conduct that disrupts teaching, copyright infringement, unauthorised recording or distribution of lesson content, or the dissemination of false or defamatory statements.
若发⽣以下情况，本中⼼有权⽴即终⽌课程且不退款：
– 对⽼师或员⼯辱骂、骚扰
– 不合理要求或持续影响教学
– 散播不实⾔论
– 侵犯版权
– 恶意录⾳录像或传播课堂内容
Student Punctuality
Students are required to arrive on time. If you will be late, please inform the teacher 1–3 hours in advance whenever possible. Students who are more than 5 minutes late without prior notice may have their parent/guardian contacted. The first late arrival will be accommodated by extending the lesson to complete 1.5 hours. From the second unnotified late arrival onwards, lessons will end at the scheduled time with no extension.
Teacher Punctuality
If the teacher is unable to start on time, prior notice will be given whenever possible. The full 1.5-hour lesson will always be provided.
学⽣准时
学⽣须准时上课。如预计迟到，请尽可能提前 1–3 ⼩时通知⽼师。若迟到超过 5 分钟且未提前通 知，⽼师将联系家⻓或负责⼈。第⼀次迟到将顺延下课时间，确保完成 1.5 ⼩时课程；第⼆次及之 后未通知迟到者，课程将准时结束，不另⾏补时。

如⽼师⽆法准时开始上课，将尽可能提前通知学⽣或家⻓，并确保完成 1.5 ⼩时课程。
Upon termination of the lessons, the student’s access to all course materials and learning resources will be permanently removed.
⼀旦正式退出，所有课程资料将被删除，学⽣将⽆法再访问任何课程资源
– Teaching materials and lesson recordings are supplementary learning resources provided as part of the course package and are not sold separately.
– Access to these resources is available only to enrolled students with all tuition fees fully paid.
– 教材与课堂回播为课程配套中的附属学习资源，不作单独出售
– 学⽣需保持在籍状态并缴清学费，⽅可持续享有教材与回播的使⽤权限
A Reservation Deposit equivalent to one (1) month’s tuition fee is required upon enrolment to secure the student’s fixed lesson slot.
– To terminate the lessons, a minimum of one (1) month’s written notice must be given. For example, if the final lesson is in July, written notice must be received by 1 June. Any notice received after 1 June will result in the forfeiture of the Reservation Deposit.
– If the required notice is given and all outstanding fees have been fully settled, the Reservation Deposit will be refunded in full.
– For students who complete the full course year, the Reservation Deposit will be automatically applied towards the tuition fee for the final month, and no additional payment for the final month’s tuition will be required.
时段保留订⾦（Reservation Deposit）
为确认报名及保留固定上课时段，学⽣须于报名时缴付相等于⼀个⽉学费的时段保留订⾦。
– 如学⽣欲退出课程，须⾄少提前⼀个⽉以书⾯通知本中⼼。例如：如最后⼀堂课为 7 ⽉，则最 迟须于 6 ⽉ 1 ⽇或之前 提交退课通知。若本中⼼于 6 ⽉ 1 ⽇后 才收到退课通知，则该订⾦将被 没收，恕不退还。
– 若已按照规定提前⼀个⽉提交退课通知，并已结清所有应付费⽤，订⾦将全额退还。
– 对于完成整个课程年度的学⽣，时段保留订⾦将⾃动⽤于抵扣最后⼀个⽉的学费，家⻓⽆需另 ⾏⽀付最后⼀个⽉的学费。
– Lesson recordings are provided as supplementary learning resources and are not sold separately.
– Access to lesson recordings is valid until 31 December 2027, subject to the student’s continuous enrolment.
– Upon withdrawal from the course or failure to maintain tuition fee payments, access to all lesson recordings will be terminated immediately, regardless of the remaining access period.

The company reserves the final right of interpretation and decision on all course matters and terms.
