The registration process will be completed within 24 – 48 hours, provided that parents and students respond promptly and cooperate accordingly.

All fees must be paid punctually based on the selected package.

All lessons come with full class playback recordings. Therefore: No discounts, refunds, or replacement classes will be provided for absence due to personal reasons, including missed, skipped, or last-minute unavailability

If tuition fees are not settled by the due date, the company reserves the right to suspend the student’s access to classes.
若学费未在规定期限内缴清，本公司有权暂停学⽣上课资格，直⾄完成缴费。
The company reserves the full discretion to accept or decline any student registration.
本公司保留接受或拒绝学⽣报名的最终权利
The company reserves the right to adjust class schedules when necessary, including during public holidays or special circumstances.
本公司保留调整课程时间的权利（包括节假⽇、不可预⻅事件等情况）。
Tutorial books questions will only be provided during the class, as the teacher explains each question step by step in the lesson. If students wish to obtain answers from tutorial books from months prior to joining the class, they are required to pay to gain access to the class recording for that particular month, where the complete answers and detailed explanations are provided.
刷题本⾥的答案将仅在课堂中提供，因为⽼师会在课堂上逐题进⾏讲解。若学⽣需要获取在加⼊ 课程之前⽉份的刷题本答案，则需付费以获得该⽉份课堂回播的观看权限。并从中获取完整答案 与详细的讲解。
– By registering and making payment through the website, the student acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the Ms Tan Education Terms & Conditions (T&C).
– For students under the age of 18, it is deemed that the parent/guardian has read and agreed to the T&C on behalf of the student, and shall bear full responsibility and obligations.
– Once registration is confirmed, all course arrangements, payment rules, withdrawal policies, and playback access are bound by the T&C. Claims such as “I have not read/understood the T&C” will not be accepted.

Any form of copying, sharing, downloading, screen recording, resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against any infringement.
所有教材与课堂回播均为本公司拥有，属受版权保护之教育资源。
任何形式的复制、分享、下载、录屏、转售或传播⾏为，皆属侵犯版权， ⼀经发现，本公司将依 法追究法律责任，绝不宽贷。
If mailing is required, students must provide accurate and complete delivery details, including:
– A correct mailing address (ensure someone is available to receive)
– A working contact number
The company is not responsible for any loss, return, or delivery error due to incorrect or incomplete information.

-Playback is provided as a supplementary benefit for active students and is not a standalone product.
-For all active students, playback access is valid until 31 st December 2027 of the academic year.
-For all active Form 5 SPM students, playback access will remain available until the conclusion of the SPM examination, unless otherwise specified under special arrangements.
-If a student withdraws from the course or stops payment, playback access will be revoked immediately, regardless of the remaining validity period.

-Teaching materials and class playbacks are supplementary resources provided as part of the course package, and are not available for separate purchase.
-Access to these resources is only valid for active students with an ongoing subscription.

-学⽣需保持在籍状态并缴清学费，⽅可持续享有教材与回播的使⽤权限
To withdraw, a formal notice must be given before the 1st day of the month for system processing.
如欲退出课程，须于每⽉1⽇前正式通知，以便进⾏系统调整
Upon official withdrawal, all course content will be permanently removed, and access will be revoked.
⼀旦正式退出，所有课程资料将被删除，学⽣将⽆法再访问任何课程资源
If a student is removed from the class due to any of the following:
– discontinuation of fee payment
– voluntary withdrawal
– or failure to complete payment by the stipulated deadline
any future re-enrollment will require a new registration, and the full registration fee as well as related charges must be paid again.
若学⽣因以下情况被系统退出课堂：
– 停⽌缴交学费
– 主动申请退出课堂
– 或超过规定期限仍未完成缴费
⽇后如需重新加⼊课程，必须重新办理报名⼿续，并缴付全额报名费及相关费⽤。
Students who wish to temporarily freeze their account must notify our admin in advance. Accounts may be frozen for a maximum of 2 months. After the freeze period, the account must be reactivated by paying a RM20 reactivation fee, which restores access to all class recordings that were available before the account was frozen. If the student wishes to retain access to class recordings released during the 2-month freeze period, the applicable tuition fees must be paid.
学⽣如需暂时冻结账⼾，须提前通知本中⼼助理。账⼾最多可冻结 2个⽉。冻结期结束后，学⽣须 ⽀付 RM20 解冻费 以重新启⽤账⼾，并恢复观看冻结前所有课堂回放视频的权限。如需获取账⼾ 冻结期间（2个⽉内）新增的课堂回放视频，则须缴付相应学费。
All student information is kept strictly confidential and used only for internal management and communication.
所有学⽣资料将严格保密，仅供内部管理与沟通⽤途。
Parents and students must not use teachers’ personal contact information for non-course-related matters.
家⻓与学⽣不得将教师的私⼈联系⽅式⽤于⾮课程相关事宜。
Parents and students are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. The company is not liable for unauthorized access.
家⻓与学⽣有责任妥善保管账号及密码，避免遭他⼈盗⽤。
Students are required to prepare suitable devices and a stable internet connection. The Company shall not be responsible for any inability to attend classes or access recordings due to personal device issues, internet problems, or system limitations, and no refunds, replacement classes, or extensions will be provided
学⽣需⾃⾏准备适合的上课设备及稳定⽹络，若因个⼈设备、⽹络问题、系统限制等因素导致⽆法 上课或观看回放，本公司恕不负责，也不提供退款、补课或延期。
The company reserves the right to adjust class schedules, fee structures, and other course matters, with prior notice.
本公司有权调整课程时间、收费结构等事项，并会提前通知学⽣与家⻓。
The company has the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrolment due to misconduct. No refunds will be provided.
如学⽣严重违反规定，本公司有权暂停或终⽌其上课资格，且不予退款。
The company reserves the right to accept or reject any new or continuing enrolment.
本公司保留接受或拒绝学⽣报名/续读的权利。
The company reserves the final right of interpretation and decision on all course matters and terms.
